Milan and Varese, food and shopping <3

This weekend I did everything one should do when living in Italy, eating great food, drinking good wine and do some shopping!
As per normal on Fridays I went to Milan to pick up my bf arriving on train from Rome. But since our offices were closed due to bank holiday I went there early and met my childhood friend who happened to be traveling through Milan on their way back from holiday in Italy.
I took them to Signorvino in Milan, which is one of my favourite places to bring people, its good food- great wine, good prices and in the middle of Milan. It is actually a wine shop also, win- win-win across all!
On my way back to Corso Como where I had parked my car I had a Cappuccino, which is almost considered a crime here in Italy after lunch, BUT I feel it is important to stay true to one foreign self..

Went by the Gucci wall in Corso Como, so true. I must say, Gucci really has had a magnificent comeback after Alessandro Michele took over (all though I loved everything Frida Gianini stood for)

Ah, the best Milan facades <3

On Saturday the sale started in Italy (they have official dates one is allowed to start the sale) and I just had to buy this killer jacket at Zara (sorry for the extreme mis- match of the skirt, I did not wear those together!). But, so happy about it- I wore it in the evening when we went for aperitivo.
(Ironic that I love it and the jacket has birds on it, as I hate birds... with a passion)

And last but not least, some shoes of the days pictures- top picture I am wearing Clarks and my bf Vans.

And these sandals are from Primark (cringe, I know) and his are Nikes.
