I have to admit it does make it a bit easier to go to the gym as it is on the roof in our office, but it still is a hurdle to get there some days.
I read this really nice Time Magazine article HERE that working out rigiourosly for 30-40 minutes 5 days a week can in some cases shave 9 years off your age (at a cellular level), which I truly believe is the reason my mom is in such a great shape at the tender age of 64. I have also seen too many people who just are not able to work out or move that much on account of different injuries, so I figure I'd rather go to the gym and work out, and make my body tough and able to handle a potential blow, than sit around and think about exercise;)
As always, 'you never regret the work out you did'.

Not the worst view from the cardio machines

Since I build muscle really easy (while cardio is a whole other story *sob*) I have this Kayla Itsines program I have bought, which is mostly body weight exercises and which I really love since you do these two rounds below for a total of 28 minutes and you are absolutely DEAD afterwards.
I love them- much recommended!

Happy camper post- workout;)

Gotta love the sweat:)!
